STATE AIR OFFICIALS SUE EPA OVER AIRCRAFT ENGINE EMISSIONS RULE

A group representing state and local air regulators has filed what may be its first direct legal challenge to an EPA rule, petitioning a federal appellate court for review of the agency's new regulations of aircraft emissions.
