STATES, ENVIRONMENTALISTS CHALLENGE EPA MERCURY RULES

New Jersey is leading a multi-state state effort to challenge EPA's final cap-and-trade mercury rule, which was published in the Federal Register May 18. Other states include California, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Vermont and Wisconsin.
