UTILITY REGULATORS BACK COAL GASIFICATION TO REDUCE POLLUTION

The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) passed a policy resolution that supports state and federal incentives for the production of electricity from gasified coal, in an effort to ease demand for natural gas and reduce environmental pollution.
