9th Circuit punts rehearing deadline for ELG revision ruling

The 9th Circuit is granting EPA’s bid to further delay its deadline to seek rehearing of the court’s finding that the agency unlawfully failed to revise effluent limitations guidelines (ELGs) for seven industrial categories, ultimately concluding that the agency’s biennial ELG program plan is subject to judicial review.
