Colorado county sues EPA over ozone designation

Weld County, CO, is suing EPA over its expansion of the Denver ozone “nonattainment” zone to include outlying areas producing oil and gas, saying that the Biden administration relied on outdated information and misapplied EPA’s criteria for determining which areas to include in nonattainment zones.
