Democrats demand reports on NEPA executive order

Top Democrats in Congress are urging the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) to release reports about projects that could be fast-tracked under President Donald Trump’s recent executive order directing agencies to use emergency procedures to suspend National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and other reviews.
