EPA floats taconite, lime air toxics rules

EPA is moving closer to issuing a final air toxics rule for the taconite iron ore processing industry, and a proposed revision of air toxics regulations for the lime manufacturing sector, sending the rules for White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) pre-publication review Nov. 30, according to the office’s website.
