EPA issues fuel rule waiver for states following pipeline hack

EPA has issued a special waiver exempting parts of three Eastern states and the District of Columbia from having to meet federal fuel volatility regulations in order to ease the flow of gasoline to East Coast consumers following the cyberattack that shut down the Colonial Pipeline that supplies fuel to much of the region.
