EPA poised to propose aircraft particulate limits

The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has completed pre-publication review of EPA’s proposal to limit particulate matter (PM) emissions from aircraft engines in line with internationally-agreed standards, clearing the way for issuance of the proposal.
