EPA removes sites from NPL, proposes additional deletions

EPA is removing Superfund sites from its National Priorities List (NPL) while also proposing to delete additional sites from the list, part of the Biden administration’s renewed pledge to review the Compensation Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) list twice per year.
