EPA sends waste combustors air plan for OMB review

EPA is moving closer to proposing what is likely to be tougher emissions standards for large municipal waste combustors (MWCs), sending its plan for White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) review amid competing pressures from environmentalists to swiftly tighten the limits, and from industry to move more slowly.
