Federal district court judge extends stay of CEQ NEPA suits

A federal district court judge has agreed with a joint request from the White House Council on Environmental Quality’s (CEQ), states and environmentalists to extend the stay of litigation over Trump-era changes to CEQ’s National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) implementing rules while the Biden administration reviews the policy.
