Judge allows EPA to de-obligate EJ, climate grant funds

A federal district judge is rejecting environmentalists’ request to prevent EPA from de-obligating $2.5 billion in environmental justice (EJ) and climate block grants while they appeal his dismissal of their lawsuit to a federal appeals court.
