The new administration: Trump renews vow to kill EPA water, climate rules

Just minutes after being sworn in as the 45th president, Donald Trump is renewing his pledges to kill key EPA water and climate measures. A page just posted on the White House website reiterates the president's promises to eliminate “harmful and unnecessary policies such as the Climate Action Plan and the Waters of the U.S. rule.
