OMB clears EPA's plan to withdraw oil & gas guide

The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved EPA's plan to withdraw its control techniques guidelines (CTG) for limiting emissions of ozone-forming pollutants from the oil and gas sector, signaling the measure is poised to advance over the opposition of environmental groups.
