Pruitt aims to send CWA rule to White House this week

EPA is poised to send its proposal for a new Clean Water Act (CWA) jurisdiction rule to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review as soon as June 15, even as environmentalists have started another new court challenge aimed at strengthening the Obama-era standard that the Trump administration policy would replace.
