EPA Administrator Michael Regan undertook a days-long “Journey for Justice” tour last week to show the agency is serious about bringing environmental justice (EJ) to underserved and overburdened communities by visiting select areas in Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi to highlight several communities’ struggles.
