Sierra Club, EPA reopen talks in RFS study case

EPA and the Sierra Club are resuming settlement talks in a key test case where EPA missed a deadline to conduct congressionally mandated studies on the environmental impacts of its renewable fuel standard (RFS) after talks failed earlier this year under former Administrator Scott Pruitt's “sue-and-settle” policy that is prohibitive of settlements.
