Trump officials renew Obama-era food waste reduction goals

Top Trump administration officials at EPA, the U.S. Agriculture Department (USDA) and the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Oct. 18 signed a formal agreement to boost their collaborative efforts to reduce the nation's food waste by 50 percent, reaffirming commitments made by federal agencies under the Obama administration.
