White House completes review of canola oil RFS approval

EPA is poised to finalize its approval of canola oil as a feedstock for the manufacture of “advanced” low-carbon fuels qualified to earn credit under the renewable fuel standard (RFS), after the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) completed review of the measure.
