8th Circuit Denies GOP States, Industry Requests To Stay Power Plant ELG

A federal appeals court is denying Republican states and power sector groups’ request to stay EPA’s final rule setting effluent limitations guidelines (ELGs) for coal-fired power plants, the latest in a series of rulings from the Supreme Court and other courts denying critics’ requests to stay recent agency rules for the sector.
