After 35 Years, Prop. 65 Keeps Driving New Labeling Rules For Key Chemicals

After more than 35 years in effect, California’s Prop. 65 is continuing to drive new toxic chemical labeling requirements on myriad products, most recently tackling compounds included in the vast range of the per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) class.
