Automakers Back EPA In Lawsuit Over California Waiver Reinstatement

Five automakers that entered into voluntary greenhouse gas agreements with California when the Trump administration was rolling back federal standards are now seeking to intervene in support of the Biden EPA’s reinstatement of the Golden State’s ability to set vehicle emission limits stricter than federal rules.
