Automakers Detail Pitch For Annual Review Of Vehicle GHG Standards

Automakers are detailing their pitch for EPA’s light-duty vehicle multi-pollutant standards to include a mechanism that would require annual EPA review of market factors supporting electric vehicles (EV), and which could trigger less-stringent greenhouse gas requirements depending on the outcome.
