Biomass producers, with support from lawmakers from both parties, are pressing EPA to retain the possibility of earning renewable fuel standard (RFS) credits for biomass electricity used in transportation, arguing that the Trump administration’s aversion to electric vehicles (EVs) should not disadvantage other sectors.
