Critics Of EPA GHG Rules To File Barrage Of Requests For Court Suspension

Numerous industry and other groups are moving to file a barrage of requests in federal court asking for a suspension, or stay, of EPA greenhouse gas (GHG) rules and regulatory interpretations as part of an effort already under way to challenge those regulatory initiatives and have those challenges consolidated. The stay requests could wind up being the next battleground over EPA's rules, if lawmakers on Capitol Hill are unable to press their case for budget provisions restricting EPA GHG authority...
