EJ Groups Sue CARB To Force Adoption Of Clean Air ‘Contingency Measures’

Several environmental justice (EJ) groups are suing the California air board in federal court to force the agency to adopt a set of “contingency measures” it previously committed to as part of the state’s strategy to attain federal air standards for the San Joaquin Valley.
