EPA, Chemours Oppose Environmentalists’ Intervention In PFAS HALs Case

EPA and PFAS manufacturer Chemours Company are separately urging a federal appeals court to reject a request from seven environmental groups to intervene on the agency’s behalf in litigation brought by Chemours challenging EPA’s non-regulatory drinking water health advisory for GenX chemicals.
