EPA Eases Pesticide Applicators Rule Implementation After State Criticism

EPA plans to ease the implementation schedule for its imminent final rule strengthening training requirements for applicators of restricted use pesticides (RUPs), after state regulators warned the burdens associated with implementing the proposed version of the rule would prompt many states to end their certification programs.
