EPA Plans To Drop TRI Reporting Exemption For De Minimis PFAS Releases

EPA plans to propose a rule this summer to remove a Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) reporting exemption for de minimis releases of per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), saying the waiver appears to have limited the number of facilities providing data on their releases and its elimination will provide a more complete picture.
