The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has begun pre-publication review of EPA’s controversial final air rule tightening limits on ethylene oxide (EtO) from commercial sterilizers, as the agency races to meet a March deadline amid pressure from industry to scrap the regulation and from environmentalists to tighten it further.
