Utilities Want Coal Ash Reuse Included In Greenhouse Gas Registry

The utility industry is urging the Department of Energy (DOE) to consider reductions in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions resulting from reusing coal combustion waste (CCW), as the department develops a voluntary registry highlighting U.S. efforts to address global warming.
