EPA COMPLETING WASTE CONCENTRATION LEVELS USING NEW RISK TOOL

EPA in June plans to release long-awaited concentration levels for more than 40 pollutants that will be used by the agency in determining whether a waste is hazardous under the Resource Conservation & Recovery (RCRA), agency sources say.
