EPA Rejects Industry's Cost Concerns In Final Emissions Audit Rule

EPA's final rule overhauling its stationary source emissions audit program has rejected concerns from a range of industries that the revised audit program will be expensive, will illegally privatize regulatory decisions and will inadvertently throw sources into noncompliance.
