EPA Wins Delay In West Virginia Challenge To Mountaintop Mining Guide

A federal judge in West Virginia has given EPA until February to respond to a lawsuit filed by the state challenging its mountaintop mining guidance, putting the case on a similar schedule as two Kentucky challenges that have been stayed pending a ruling in the District of Columbia on EPA's motion to dismiss a similar challenge in that court.
