F-22 GETS MIXED REVIEW ON ENVIRONMENTAL LIFE-CYCLE PLANNING

A recent Air Force audit of the F-22 Raptor's life-cycle planning activities found the weapons program had "made significant progress" in integrating environmental management into life-cycle planning, but also concluded that more could be done.
