ARB RESTARTS CONTROVERSIAL DIESEL OFF-ROAD EQUIPMENT RULEMAKING

Air board staff has revived a stalled rulemaking to reduce emissions from diesel-fueled, off-road vehicles, including construction equipment and forklifts, revising preliminary regulatory concepts floated in July.
