ASSEMBLYMAN, CONTROLLER PUSH BILL SETTING KYOTO GHG REDUCTION GOALS

The state controller and a freshman assemblyman are pushing a bill to establish greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets for the state, modeled on those established by countries following the Kyoto Protocol.
