College District Challenges Landmark Power Plant GHG Permit

A California college district is asking a federal appeals court to hear its challenge to a U.S. EPA Environmental Appeals Board (EAB) ruling rejecting the district's suit over a power plant Clean Air Act permit that could be the first in the nation with greenhouse gas (GHG) limits.
