Federal Judge Bars OEHHA From Requiring Prop. 65 Glyphosate Warnings

A federal district court judge in California has ruled in favor of national agriculture groups and Monsanto Co. in blocking the health hazard office from requiring that Proposition 65 carcinogen warning labels be affixed to products containing the widely used herbicide glyphosate while the litigation proceeds on its merits.
