Food Industry May Challenge OEHHA Risk Level For Prop. 65 Chemical

A coalition of food industry organizations may soon challenge a proposed "no significant risk level" (NSRL) for a chemical by the health hazard office, potentially claiming that the threshold will force Proposition 65 warning labels on countless products.
