GOVERNOR'S BIOMASS ORDER PUTS SPOTLIGHT ON ARB RESPONSE ACTION

Air board officials are under pressure to draw up actions to bolster biofuels use in the state, following the governor's executive order this week setting in-state biofuels production goals in the face of soaring gasoline prices.
