Attorneys representing the state and environmental groups differ with automaker representatives over the impact of last week's federal court ruling backing U.S. EPA's position not to regulate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from cars and trucks on the air board's landmark regulation requiring reductions in such gases from California vehicles beginning in 2009.
