LLOYD DENIES CONFLICTS IN GOVERNOR'S CLIMATE CHANGE, COAL POLICIES

Cal/EPA Secretary Alan Lloyd this week appears to have rejected suggestions by some that there are inherent conflicts between the governor's efforts to reduce climate change emissions and to support the expanded importation of coal-fired power.
