OUTCRY FORCES CIWMB, SOUTH COAST TO NARROW ODOR-CONTROL RULE

A waste board and South Coast air district proposal to crack down on odors from waste facilities statewide has been narrowed to focus only on southern California facilities, following stakeholder outcry.
