SENATE SETS TUCK CONFIRMATION HEARING; SIDES DISPUTE CONSEQUENCE

Senate leaders plan to schedule an Aug. 31 confirmation hearing for recently appointed air board chair Cindy Tuck, the consequence of which is being disputed among opposing stakeholders.
