VALLEY AIR OFFICIALS SEE OBSTACLES IN NEW PM, OZONE GOALS

State and valley air officials expressed concern this week over meeting their own recently unveiled and ambitious particulate matter (PM) and ozone reduction goals. The regulators said reaching these goals is necessary for the valley to achieve federal attainment status in the coming years.
