OMB RAISES CONCERNS WITH EPA TOXICS REPORTING EXPANSION RULE

EPA's proposal to expand its toxics emissions reporting program to several new industry sectors appears to be bogged down at the Office of Management & Budget, according to administration and industry sources who say a multitude of concerns have been raised with the rule.
