SAB Says EPA Nutrient Criteria Guidance Is Inadequate, Not Defensible

A subcommittee of EPA's Science Advisory Board (SAB) says that currently used EPA guidance on how to develop nutrient criteria for water pollution limits is neither defensible nor adequate in a just-released draft report reviewing the agency method.
