Refiners rush to file first suit over EPA’s E15 fuel sales waiver

The American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM), representing many refiners, has quickly filed what will likely be the first of several lawsuits challenging the agency’s June 10 waiver allowing year-round sales of 15-percent ethanol fuel (E15) and making changes to the renewable fuel standard (RFS) credit system.
